All Shelfcare Boxes ship on the 10th of every month.
For example:
If you sign up between Feb 11th and March 9th your first box will ship on March 10th
If you sign up on March 10th - April 9th your first box will ship on April 10th

Once your box ships on the 10th of each month, it will arrive at your door in 2-5 business days. (We’re shipping from Texas, so the cozy vibes are en route!)

Yes, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it.
Once you subscribe, your method of payment is immediately charged. If you cancel right away, this will only ensure that your subscription will not renew, but you will still receive a box from the initial purchase.
Our boxes are final sale.
However, we do offer easy cancellations if you do not wish to renew the subscription for next month.
Upon signing up, you’ll be billed for your first month immediately.
Subsequent billing will occur on the 1st of the month.
We will be sad to see you go, but you can cancel your subscription at any time. Just log in to your ShelfCare Box account HERE and follow the instructions to cancel.
Please log into your ShelfCare Box account HERE and select manage subscription. You will then have an option to update your shipping and/or billing information.
If your address is not updated by the time your billing date has passed for the month please be aware your ShelfCare box will be shipped to the current address on file.

Sorry your items didn’t arrive as expected! Sometimes products get damaged during shipping but we have a solution for you! Just email us pictures of the damaged product to at support@shelfcarebox.com and we will be happy to help.
We ship your box on the 10th of each month. Delivery times are typically 2-5 business days.
If you can’t locate your box, please contact us at support@shelfcarebox.com within 15 days from shipment and we will try to locate it for you.
Please contact us within 30 days of shipping to notify us of a missing box. After 30 days, no refund or replacement box will be sent.
